PROGRAM COST
All financial contracts are based on FOUR weeks. This is the minimum length of stay, however; eight weeks is the recommended treatment for Day Treatment and twelve weeks for the Intensive Outpatient Program. Payment is due on or before the day of admit unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Day Treatment Program………………………………….. $ 7,000.00
This cost includes all assessments (psychiatric, psychosocial, substance abuse, eating disorder, nutrition, and exercise), all daily group therapies, family therapy, and weekly individual sessions with psychiatrist, registered dietitian, and primary therapist.
Intensive Outpatient Program…………………………..$ 3,300.00
This cost includes all assessments (eating disorder, psychosocial, substance abuse, nutritional), group therapies, family therapies, and weekly individual sessions with a licensed therapist.
Some insurance companies may cover all or part of the costs of Family Behavioral Center because of its economical value compared to many programs. We are listed on several insurance panels and will verify benefits upon request. Your insurance or managed care company may require concurrent reviews of your medical record during your treatment. FBC will work with your insurance company to provide the necessary information required in order to review for medical necessity.
Family Behavioral Center has no control over the outcome of these reviews. Importantly, these reviews do not guarantee payment by your insurance carrier upon final billing.
FBC cannot hold your insurance company responsible for payment of fees. An insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Payment in full is ultimately your responsibility unless other arrangements have been made before admission.
